Primora Escape Co. is based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia. We serve travellers from Singapore and Malaysia seeking curated, seamless journeys across Indonesia.
Ferries depart daily from HarbourFront Terminal, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, or Woodlands Ferry Terminal. The ride takes around 45–55 minutes. We can arrange your ferry tickets as part of your package — just let us know.
No. Singapore and Malaysian passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to Indonesia (including Batam) for up to 30 days. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
The official currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Some tourist spots accept SGD, but you'll get much better rates changing to IDR. We recommend exchanging cash at a reputable money changer in Batam upon arrival — rates are generally very favourable.
Each package is stated clearly in your quote: accommodation, land transfers, guided experiences, and optional ferry tickets. What is included and excluded is always communicated upfront.
We accept Wise, Touch 'n Go (TNG), and bank transfer. A deposit of 30–50% secures your booking, with the balance settled before travel. A confirmation and receipt are issued upon payment.
